JP15は、軽量なオクメ・ボディに、フィギュアード・ローステッド・メイプルをトップ材に採用しています。
厳選されたボディとネックの木材は、世界中の広葉樹サプライヤーネットワークから持続可能な方法で調達されています。
オクメとメープルのトーンウッドは、美しい外観と豊かな音色を実現するために、個別に選定・配合されています。
ローステッド・メイプルのネックと指板は、様々な環境下でも安定性を保ちながら、サウンドに適度なスナップ感と明るさを加えています。

DiMarzio製のIlluminator、Fishman製のピエゾ・ブリッジ・システム、20dbのゲイン・ブーストを搭載。
3ウェイ・トグル・ピックアップ・セレクターに加え、3ウェイ・トグル・スイッチによるピエゾ／マグネティック・セレクターにより音色をコントロールします。
6弦モデルと7弦モデルをラインナップし、それぞれMusic Man JPトレモロを搭載。Music Man製のハードシェル・ケースが付属します。
